Where domain registration or website hosting is provided, accounts are managed for the agreed term.
Renewal notices will be sent prior to service expiration dates.
If hosting is canceled, clients retain full ownership of their site assets and domain names.
Upon full payment of all outstanding invoices, ownership of custom website design assets transfers to the client.
Built by AC retains rights to non-proprietary code and standard design components.
We reserve the right to feature completed projects within our agency portfolio.
Invoices are due according to the payment schedule stated on your official quote or invoice.
Work on new projects or site migrations commences once agreed initial deposits are cleared.
Built by AC makes every effort to ensure maximum uptime, security, and site performance.
We shall not be liable for indirect losses resulting from third-party server downtime or external network failures beyond our control.
